Please allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship. Your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped. Please allow up to 24hrs for the tracking number to update.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at bougiebblog@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your item has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

For security reasons, no address changes will be made once your order is placed. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate. If you need to update the address on your order, please reach out to bougiebblog@gmail.com to cancel your order and place a new one. Bougie Bullshit is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

All orders are checked for quality before being shipped out. Bougie Bullshit is not responsible for any loss or damages that occur during the shipping. Once your package has been shipped, all delivery responsibilities will be handled by USPS.
